I've already done two for "Drone", and I'm all "droned" out. As for Ginny's challenge, it has been too many years since I've seen "Damn Yankees" to be able to do anything with it. Therefore here is my song for "Parallax".

Ouside our window,
Stars streaking by,
Something just hit us;

We took our stations.
The captain yelled, "Stop!"
Heard someone hail us,
Then a pin drop.
It was so silent
We'd hear a pin drop.

That's when we found that
It was our ship,
Stuck in a time loop.

Not sure of how but
It was a trip.

We took a shuttle
Made a big hole.
Then we continued
On with our goal.
Trying to get home friend,
To make us whole.

That is our goal.
